The Graham family invites you to visit Dunlop Point, a spectacular property that delivers some of the best views around Hornby Island. Surrounded by the supernatural panorama of Helliwell’s bluffs, Mt. Arrowsmith, the Salish Sea, and our own ever changing Sandpiper Beach, you’ll be hard pressed to find a reason good enough to leave the Point while on your Hornby vacation. Giant arbutus tress and an expansive lawn provide the perfect spot to while away the hours and share special time with those you care about the most.
Bright and spacious, the home radiates old world charm and offers lots of room to stretch out. From the grand flagstone fireplace to large driftwood post and beams, the locally sourced materials and thoughtful design compliment the outdoors and showcases the work of many local builders and artisans. A multitude of oversize windows and skylights invite both the view inside as well as the light of the sun and moon as they travel across the water. A large open living plan unites the gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances with the great room and its grand 16-foot ceilings, making it easy to spend time together while everyone enjoys their own activities and pastimes.

We can also organize kayaks and paddle boards, fishing charters, bike rentals, and point you in the direction of great hiking and mountain bike trails.

Pricing Details
$6,600 per week between Summer Solstice to Labour Day
$550-600 per night with a 3 night minimum in May ($650 per night over May Long Weekend)
$700 per night in June and September (3-night minimum) along with $250 cleaning fee
All prices subject to 8% Hotel Room Fee, 3%MRDT and 5% GST
$1,000 security deposit
To secure your dates, a 50% deposit is required upon booking.
All summer rental fees are due on April 1.
Cancellations are subject to a $150 administration fee.
We do not provide refunds for cancellations made after April 1.
