How to Book

1. Select your dates and complete the inquiry form.
2. I’ll send you a short questionnaire to get us better acquainted.
3. Return the questionnaire along any questions.
4. I’ll send you a rental agreement.
5. We’ll move onto the deposit last.

Policies

Cancellations

• Cancellations are refundable once we have successfully rebooked the same dates. In the event the dates do not rebook, all monies paid are non-refundable. We will do everything we can to rebook the dates.
• Cancellations made 60 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable.
• All cancellations are subject to an Administration fee of $150.

Garbage and Recycling

• As Hornby Island does not have municipal removal service, guests are required to remove their own garbage and recycling at the end of their stay.
• Check out the Hornby Depot for hours and to discover the multiple recycling streams to decrease landfill
• Whenever possible, it is a great help when you take some or all of your garbage and recycling  off-island yourself. Our small depot has limited hours and staff and can be easily overwhelmed during the summer. Removal is also a great expense on our community taxes.

Payments

• Our preferred method of payment is Interac email transfers. All credit card payments are charged an additional 3.5% transaction fee.
• Prices listed are base amounts and do not include GST, PST or MRDT. Please add an additional 16% to the base price. (Oranje Rose Cottage, Maggie’s Grassy Point Paradise and Westview Beach House add just an additional 11%).
